Leslie Burnley has been a licensed broker since 2012, helping hundreds of people buy, sell, rent, and relocate across the San Francisco Bay Area.

A Northern California native, Leslie has lived in the Bay her whole life and called Marin home for years. After more than a decade representing buyers, sellers, and renters across the region, she founded SF Bay Rental Co. and SF Bay Relocate in 2017 to make the search, at every price point, feel human again.

Today she splits her practice between residential sales with Holmes Burrell Real Estate in San Rafael and the rental and relocation work she built from the ground up. The thread through all of it is clear advice, real attention, and respect for the home you are leaving and the one you are moving into.
